Relax & Unwind with restorative yoga. The support of props will allow you to completely relax and rest, while soothing the nervous system. We'll hold fewer poses, such as heart-openers and twists, for longer periods of time, and conclude with a lengthy savasana!

Enjoy the community of other new parents as you spend an hour each week to focus on balancing your body, releasing tight muscles, retraining core muscles, and ending with some restorative yoga. For mothers six weeks to two years post-partum. (Distinct from Baby and Me Yoga, this class is for adults only.)
