NiMaSte yoga classes are taught online, in person, and outdoors by talented and welcoming instructors. We embrace non-judgement, caring, community and wellness of mind, body and spirit. Our main style is vinyasa flow yoga, which synchronizes movement to the breath and can feel like a moving meditation.
Our vision for Nimaste Yoga is to grow and expand as an accessible, safe, nurturing space so unique individuals of all identities, life stages, and experience levels can benefit from regular yoga practice on and beyond the mat. We offer classes, workshops private lessons, teacher training, and reiki to all who wish to join us and our inclusive community on this transformative journey. Our Roots NiMaSte originated with three friends: Nicole, Marisa and Stephani, who wanted to provide a space for yoga practitioners of all ages and all experience levels to benefit from yoga. After three years working and growing together, Stephani’s life journey took her to different opportunities. Now NiMaSte Yoga continues to grow, led by co-owners Nicole and Marisa. |
